CTexpress B2C App is designed to be used by Merchants of a city in the current lockdown / post lockdown period for safe shopping.
The system helps in reducing queues at stores thus helping social distancing and safer transactions.
It allows a merchant of the city to create his business account along with a product catalog which can be used by customers to plan purchases from a nearby store and place an order without visiting the store.
On receipt of order, a merchant packs up material and informs customers to either pick up material or provide safe door delivery on customer request.
App has an additional feature for customers , which allows a customer to create a product and place an order to a known merchant from which he has been regularly buying the product.
Selling on CTexpress B2C App is allowed only for MSME/Merchants of india holding a bank account in any nationalised bank. Bank account details can be asked anytime for verification with owner adhar number.
Each MSME/Merchant must create a business account providing valid name , address and contact numbers. Each MSME/Merchant from time to time will update there business details. On permission from RBI, each merchant account can be deeplinked with UPI.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
